S. Health and Human Services. The building was government surplus and available to homeless programs. The Richards Center IS NOT A DAY CENTER. Programs at the Richards Center are scheduled through the office at 907 Logan. Participants must be registered at 907 Logan Avenue prior to attending classes. Donations are not accepted at the Richards Center. All donations MUST be brought to 907 Logan Avenue.
