The Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless opened The Welcome Mat Day Center, a multi-service day center, on May 23, 1994. After 6 years in the Needs building, WCH and all of their projects moved into their own building, September 1, 2000, at 907 Logan Avenue. The WCH Day Center provides a positive, caring spot for those in need. It is a safe place that accepts those coming in for themselves and provides community, friendship, and encouragement. It imposes few regulations. It works to
empower the homeless and raise confidence and self-esteem through the Art From the Streets. and StreetViews programs.

- Bicycles for homeless needing transportation, must sign up in the office
