This issue of Wyoming Winds is dedicated to the Memory of our friend, volunteer, board member, Montgomery Scott Richards.

He was born April 8, 1956, in Youngstown, Ohio and grew up in Baltimore County, Maryland. He had lived here since 1984. He had worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors -- particularly the mountains -- fishing and camping were two of his favorite things.

He is survived by his father Wendell Scott "Sonny" Richards, Cheyenne, his mother, Donna Jo Dugan, Edina, Minnesota, his step mother Carolyn Hobbs, Santa Monica, California and two brothers, Adam Richards, Cheyenne and Mark Richards, Santa Monica, California.

The Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless will have a Celebration of Life service in his memory in September. A memorial service will be in Edina, Minnesota. The family indicated that friends may donate to the Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless, 907 Logan Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
